Product Information

We do our best to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, colors may vary slightly due to different screen settings and lighting.

Orders & Payment

We will process orders only after we receive full payment.

Processing Time
Products bought online ship 3-5 working days after payment is received. Please allow the stated processing time for your custom orders, as will be advised per communication. Processing times may vary during busy periods

Shipping & Delivery
All orders are carefully packaged before leaving Hello Mooiste
Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, the courier is responsible for the delivery of your order. Hello Mooiste cannot be held liable for courier delays, lost parcels, or damage that occurs during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of:
* The damaged item • The packaging

• The courier shipping label
While we cannot guarantee the outcome of a courier claim, we will gladly assist where possible.

Returns & Refunds
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can assist you
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Handmade Products
Many of our products are handmade or handcrafted. Minor variations are part of the unique nature of handmade items and should not be considered defects.

Limitation of Liability
Hello Mooiste shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
