1. General

By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Hello Mooiste reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products

We take great care to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, and pricing are accurate.

Please note:

Colours may vary slightly due to different screen settings and lighting.
Handmade products may have slight variations, making each piece unique.
Product availability is subject to stock on hand.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

Prices may change without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received.

We reserve the right to:

Decline or cancel an order
Limit quantities
Cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock shortages

If payment is not received, your order will not be processed.

5. Processing Times

Ready-Made Products

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days after payment has been received.

Custom or Personalised Orders

Processing times vary depending on the product and workload. Estimated turnaround times will be communicated before production begins.

Processing times may be longer during promotional periods, holidays, or peak seasons.

6. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are securely packaged before dispatch.

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier:

Delivery becomes the responsibility of the courier.
Delivery times are estimates only.
Hello Mooiste cannot be held responsible for courier delays, lost parcels, strikes, weather delays, or damage during transit.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

Clear photographs of the damaged item
Photographs of the packaging
A photograph of the courier shipping label

We will gladly assist with any courier claims where possible, although approval remains at the courier’s discretion.

7. Personalised & Custom Orders

Due to the personalised nature of custom products:

Artwork and spelling supplied by the customer are considered approved once production begins.
Personalised products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or contain a manufacturing defect.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all names, wording, and design details are correct before approval.

8. Returns & Refunds

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds or replacements may be offered where appropriate.

Returns will not be accepted for:

Personalised products
Change of mind
Incorrect information supplied by the customer
Products damaged after delivery
Items that have been used
Products not returned in their original condition

Where applicable, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

9. Handmade Products

Many of our products are handmade or handcrafted.

Small variations in colour, texture, print placement, or finish are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

10. Intellectual Property

All product designs, artwork, photographs, graphics, branding, logos, and website content remain the intellectual property of Hello Mooiste.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Hello Mooiste shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

The use of our products
Delayed deliveries
Courier-related issues
Website interruptions or technical errors

Our total liability shall never exceed the value of the purchased product.

12. Privacy

Customer information is collected solely for the purpose of processing orders, providing customer support, and improving our services.

We respect your privacy and will never sell or share your personal information with third parties except where required to fulfil your order or by law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
